Terms and Conditions

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Let us know immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

Solus lets you turn topics, documents, and videos into AI-generated courses, lessons, and quizzes, and tracks your learning progress over time. Course content is generated using third-party AI models based on the inputs you provide. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or error-free, and you should use your own judgment when relying on it.

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the fees described at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. Payments are processed by Stripe, and you agree to Stripe's terms in addition to ours.

Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

You retain ownership of any documents, notes, or other materials you upload to the Service ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and use it solely to provide and improve the Service, including generating courses and lessons from it.

You are responsible for Your Content and must have the right to upload it. You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, infringes on someone else's rights, or that you do not have permission to use.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or resell the Service without our prior written consent; or
• Upload malicious code or content that infringes on intellectual property or other rights of third parties.

The Service, including its design, software, and branding (excluding Your Content), is owned by Solus and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks or branding without our prior written permission.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, or if we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect the Service, other users, or third parties.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solus and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date above or through other appropriate means. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
